Peter Duffy Limited is carrying out the replacement of the existing fire hydrant main on the Eggborough site for British Energy. This involves the installation of 1300m x 250mm od HDPE butt fusion pipeline, the removal of the existing ABS fire hydrant main and the installation of new fire hydrants, valves and associated chambers. All work is being undertaken during normal working hours with no impact on the station operations or interruption to services on the site.
