A joint event with the International Ultraviolet Association

The introduction of Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection guidelines by the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) from the initial 2010 revision has enabled far greater application of Ultraviolet disinfection technology within the UK.

This one day technical seminar, organised jointly by CIWEM and the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA) will review the fundamental aspects of this technology and its validated application within the UK. Perspectives will be shared on core topics relating to fundamental aspects of this technology and its validation, concluding with a question and answer session by an expert panel comprising of individuals with roles across the industry. This workshop will provide a overview to those interested and involved with the implementation and regulation of UV disinfection systems.
