Northumbrian Water (NWL) is planning to embark on an open innovation approach to supply chain collaboration. In order to ensure the process delivers beneficial outcomes for all parties, NWL is seeking input into the thinking around the design and structure of the process.
The focus group will comprise around 10-12 participants drawn from a cross-section of large, medium and small suppliers to the water industry.
