The term “Intelligent client” is increasingly being used in the context of water companies and their tier 1 delivery partners.

However every organisation in the water companies’ supply chain is someone’s “client”.  Hence there is a growing recognition that their behaviour as a client is potentially having a significant impact on their own bottom line.

This seminar will therefore explore:-

  •  what a “good client” looks like in the water industry supply chain 
  •  the added value of being a good client and the bottom line benefits 
  •  the “perfect client” specification

Speakers from across the water industry will give their own perspective on the impact of good and bad client behaviour (with examples), the resulting benefits/costs and their thoughts on what makes the “the perfect client”.
