Established for over 20-years Powerrun Project Management Ltd is an industry recognised supplier of bespoke mild and stainless steel fabricated process pipework systems and specials for the UK and overseas water and sewage industry. We offer pipework with DWI Regulation 31 approved FBE coatings and hold DWI approval for the manufacture of stainless steel tanks and pipework. Working directly for several water utilities and many of the recognised AMP framework contractors, pump manufacturers, project management organisations and OEMs, Powerrun offer a complete and comprehensive service comprising; On site dimensional survey utilising the latest laser measuring equipment, AutoCAD generated as installed arrangement and individual pipe spool design and fabrication drawings, process pipework fabrication in both mild and stainless steel materials up to diameters of 3-metre and larger, vessels and tanks for water and effluent treatment processes, structural steelwork and bespoke pipework systems up to PN64 Bar pressure rating. Welders are coded to BS287/288 standards and we hold full ISO9001:2008 accreditation. All site engineers carry the relevant CSCS skills cards, EUSR national hygeine cards and are confined space trained. For the purposes of producing crane plans we have a fully qualified appointed person. Our installation portfolio includes complete submersible borehole and sewage pump systems, process pipework and associated water and effluent treatment plant and equipment.
