Richard Alan Engineering – Outsourcing is part of the Richard Alan Group. We specialise in the design, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, testing, supply, installation, mobile crane surveying and project management of process plant and equipment for use in the water treatment, materials handling, waste management and recovery industries. We work with and provide an outsourcing service to major contractors and suppliers. RAE – Outsourcing has expertise in multi-disciplinary services including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. Establishing enviable partnerships with major industry customers we are the outsourcing partner of an international chemical producer, successful in the manufacture of their prestigious chemical storage, mixing and dosing skid assemblies and containerised equipment for the industrial waste water, pulp and paper and water treatment sectors. We are also the preferred installation company for suppliers of centrifuges, drum and belt thickeners including pipework systems in stainless steel, mild steel, ABS/PVC. We have extensive experience of plate and sheet metal fabrication in mild or stainless steels, coded welding and can manufacture pressure vessels, water break and mixing tanks, hoppers, IBC bulk handling units, storage silos and screw conveyors. We have design and production facilities to make structural galvanised steel access platforms, stairways and handrails and fabricate large diameter pipework. We are British Safety Council members, CHAS and NICEIC registered and have IOSH, NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Advisors.
